We raise our Turkeys from day old Turkey chicks where we start them in our closely monitored brooder. From there they are moved to pasture where they are finished on both pasture and a turkey grower ration. They are then moved daily onto fresh pasture for foraging and grazing. This promotes a healthy bird and a delicious finished product. Once they have reached their finished weight they are brought to Pigeon Lake Poultry Processing to be butchered and wrapped.
We have 1 batch of 30 turkeys for 2023. Butcher date is Sept 21.
